Strategic design lead helping founders, business owners, and product teams turn complex challenges into clear, purposeful, and behavior-driven digital experience
Dimitri Neyberg is the Strategic Design Lead at Flying Age, where he helps founders, business owners, and product teams turn complex challenges into clear, purposeful digital experiences.
Over the past decade, Dimitri has worked across industries and company stages — from early-stage startups shaping their first product to established businesses rethinking how they show up digitally. Across these different contexts, his work is guided by one core question: why do people actually behave the way they do inside a product, and what does that mean for how it should be designed?
His work sits at the intersection of UX strategy, digital psychology, business decision-making, and AI-assisted design. Dimitri is especially drawn to complex topics such as cognitive load, visual perception, behavioral patterns, pricing psychology, and the small interface decisions that quietly influence whether someone converts, stays, leaves, and whether a product grows or stalls.
For Dimitri, good design is not decoration. It is one of the clearest signals a business can send about how well it understands its customers — and it is something people can feel even if they are not designers themselves.
